Customer Support Specialist

95% of our customers haven't spoken to a Support rep. They discover SignEasy in the App Store either through search or featured listings, sign up for a free trial and upgrade to paid plans. Increasingly, small businesses and teams inside mid-to-large size companies like are reaching out to us to understand the full functionality and benefits of SignEasy and want to be helped by a Customer Support Specialist to adopt SignEasy. For thousands of customers like these, you will be the face of SignEasy. Additionally, if existing customers face a problem or failure, they send us a support mail, which requires immediate response and hence we want to be able to serve them instantly so they don’t feel frustration and inconvenience. Otherwise they will lose a deal due to not being able to sign their important paperwork. No wonder, we will internally call you our breadwinner.

What you will do

  • First and foremost, dive into support tickets (head first!) when they come in. 

  • Talk to our customers over email and phone, and resolve their product issues and questions, provide online demos, webinars to existing and prospective customers.

  • Ensure all pending queries and issues are resolved on a daily basis with in SLA. 

  • Work proactively on documentation, FAQs, tutorials, and other projects to increase customer satisfaction.


What we are looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Support, preferably at a SaaS company. 

  • Patience and empathy. 

  • Knowledge on SLAs, KPI metrics and reporting. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communications. 

  • Enjoy talking to people and help solve their problems.
  • Good to have a Pre-Sales or Inbound Sales background. 

The position is based in Bangalore and covers IST timezone: 1 PM - 10 PM IST. Remote will be considered for the right candidates.
