Role Description

The Head of Marketing for SignEasy will play a critical role to build and execute a global strategy for increasing brand awareness, creating demand-gen engine through inbound and paid marketing, product marketing and partner marketing to sell our leading eSignature solution and platform. You will build and manage a high performing team with a mix of product marketers, content writers, growth marketer, performance marketers, SEO specialist, and PR and Brand consultants. You will be driving our overall marketing strategy with creative flair in a  data-informed and insight-driven organization.

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead and mentor a world-class team of cross-discipline B2B marketers with a B2C distribution mindset
  • Develop and execute a strategy and plan for marketing and demand-gen in near term and long term
  • Ensure delivery of installs, signups and leads to support growth objectives of topline revenue
  • Develop solutions to drive customer adoption and retention
  • Partner with product and sales teams through the full customer lifecycle from initial idea through launch and adoption
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to educate existing users to drive usage and expansion
  • Lead content creation efforts including sales and marketing collateral, blogs, videos, webinars, emails, sales enablement, and more
  • Use analytics and dashboards to measure and track success and optimize campaigns
  • Ensure and evangelize our products by increasing awareness through partner marketing, PR and brand awareness campaigns 
  • Oversee the organization’s presence at relevant industry events including speaking, sponsorship, and exhibiting opportunities
  • Define go to market strategies that leverage positive experience and moments  from the B2C business
  • Provide valuable market and customer research -- especially keeping our product roadmap and vision up-to-speed on developments among our competitive set

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing manager or leadership roles at a SaaS B2B or B2C company.
  • 3-5 years of experience in leading and scaling a marketing team of 5-10 people
  • Wide breadth and depth of experience in demand-gen and/or product marketing 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated success in driving results: you get things done and you deliver against performance targets
  • Experience in working equally with sales and product teams to build customer journeys that drive long-term retention and expansion
  • Experience with modern marketing automation and data systems 
  • Ability to ruthlessly prioritize and be creative with doing things with efficient resources to drive biggest impact
  • Be willing to roll up your sleeves to step in for your team if needed
  • Excellent communication (speaking, presentation and written) skills 
  • Be analytics driven and balanced with creative flair
  • Familiarity with working in cross-functional environment and distributed team setups
