Role overview

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to convert leads and free trials into opportunities for closure. This role requires enthusiasm, high energy, hustle and the ability to communicate well with prospects and understand their needs. If you are confident in your sales ability and love working with customers, we want to talk with you.


  • Contact and qualify prospects to set appointments till closing the deal.
  • Identify decision makers in organizations across key industries/functions and create your own leads.
  • Own and execute outreach to targeted accounts and prospect lists in a personalized manner.
  • Nurture and qualify interested prospects by setting up product demos.
  • Monitor users acquired through free trials for a potential sales opportunity.
  • Share reports and insights from existing sales funnel to evaluate the performance of leads.


  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development / AE role, preferably in a tech/SaaS company
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed goals in a sales environment with accurate lead data in CRM
  • Team player, with a strong self-starter attitude
  • Ability to engage, articulate and influence stakeholders over email and phone
  • Show patience, and persistence to build/nurture prospects to cultivate future demand
  • Ability to handle objections and educate prospects in a consultative manner
  • Confident, positive, energetic, and professional attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
