About the role

Do you consider yourself a demand gen specialist? A growth hacker? T-shaped Marketing team manager? Do you love looking at the data and discovering tweaks that cause huge results? Are you familiar with drip campaigns and retargeting and conversion rates? 

SignEasy is looking for a demand gen/growth marketing manager who can focus on driving quality leads for us. This job is about providing quality leads that our sales team can follow up with to qualify and close deals. 

What will you do? From day one you’ll be working on strategies to drive inbound leads. You will be creating campaigns, setting up landing pages, creating email funnels and more aimed at growing this business. We’re looking to grow our SMB sales and we need an experienced marketer to drive quality leads.


What you'll do

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads and trials. 
  • Monitor lead funnel flow and make adjustments to increase program effectiveness.
  • Partner with sales and product teams to deliver marketing qualified leads and develop repeatable processes.
  • Implement conversion optimization strategies to increase the effectiveness of creative campaigns, offers, landing pages, etc. Develop assets yourself or with the help of third-party resources.
  • Use analytical tools to report on demand generation results, develop insights and recommendations.
  • Make tactical adjustments to campaigns based on results and integrate learning into the overall strategy.
  • Maintain alignment with the sales team through timely and actionable communications and feedback sessions.
  • Manage contact database and work with sales operations on data enrichment.
  • Design and implement email nurture tracks to drive leads through the funnel.
  • Maintain data integrity through data cleansing initiatives, list import procedures, data flow. Ensure compliance.
  • Be the in-house expert on marketing automation and analytics. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of demand generation trends, best practices, and technologies.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated success in online demand generation and inbound marketing for a B2B or B2B2C product.
  • Enthusiasm for data-driven marketing and demonstrated analytical ability with strong experience in Google Analytics and business intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of and experience with working with SEO, SEM, and PPC are required. 
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, attention to details and demonstrated ability to juggle multiple complex projects and requests.
  • Flexible and adaptable, self-starter, able to execute with minimal guidance in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Adept at balancing day-to-day execution and high-level strategy.
  • Bachelor degree in marketing, business or related discipline.
  • The ideal candidate is a T-shaped marketer with expertise in crafting highly effective advertising campaigns.
