Role overview

We need someone who can convert leads into sales opportunities. Someone who can talk to customers, ask questions to identify their needs, and then propose solutions that will turn them into paying customers. 

This role requires enthusiasm, high energy, and strong verbal and written communication. You will be the first person that a customer talks to, so personality and likeability are a must. If you're a monotone robotic speaker on the phone, this role is not for you. If you can get a grandma excited about electronic signatures, we want to talk to you :) 

Responsibilities

  • Contact and qualify prospects to set appointments and learn about the needs of customers
  • Identify decision makers in organizations across key industries/functions and build a prospect list
  • Own and execute outreach to targeted accounts and prospect lists in a personalized manner
  • Nurture and qualify interested prospects by setting up demos
  • Monitor users acquired through free trials for potential sales interaction
  • Share insights from existing sales funnel and evaluate the performance of lead sources
  • Be available for phone calls and meetings with customers and team members in other time zones
  • We are hiring for three time zones - US/LATAM, UK/EU, Asia - You will be expected to make your calls during the hours of your region

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development / AE role, preferably in a tech/SaaS company
  • Ability to achieve goals in an automated sales environment with accurate lead management in a CRM
  • Team player, with a strong self-starter attitude
  • Desire and drive to always be learning
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident, positive, energetic, and professional attitude
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience 

Assessment

  • We believe that the only metric that matters is results. Your performance will be evaluated based on how many customers you are able to qualify, the quality of the information you are able to get from them, the quality of your communication with team members, and how many deals you had an impact on. We judge you based on the results you deliver and the learnings you can share with the rest of our team

Team Dynamics and Culture
